Refund Policy on Visa Rejection
There are certain exceptions that may render an individual ineligible to receive a 100% refund. These exceptions are as follows:
In the event of a visa application rejection, there will be no refund issued for applicants who hold passports from nationalities that are currently banned by the UAE government. Such nationalities are ineligible for a refund in case of rejection.
If you have previously applied for your visa through another service provider, either directly at the UAE embassy/consulate or with another agency, and you subsequently apply for a visa through our services, it is important to note that there is a higher likelihood of visa rejection in such cases. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund for applicants who fall under this category.
If you have previously visited the UAE or were a former resident of the country and, for any reason, have been blacklisted by the UAE immigration department, it is important to be aware that there is a higher likelihood of visa rejection in such circumstances. In cases where visa applications are rejected due to such blacklisting, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund.
