has outlined its Terms and Conditions, which you can see below. Any modification to these terms and conditions may be taken into consideration if it is provided in writing and is signed and stamped on official letterhead by one of our highly qualified immigration professionals. The Organization will process an application in accordance with the requirements and demands of the customer and is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the applicant. In addition to our work with UAE administration, we promote the best accommodations and travel options for our clients when they book trips to the UAE. The Company will make every effort to make your trip pleasant and hassle-free.

  • By paying in whole or in instalments for the flight, Activities, or other service you have booked through traveliotourism.ae, or for an e-permit, tour package, or any other service, you give us permission to carry out the remaining processing and delivery of your requested services.

  • Without stating the reasons for the same, traveliotourism.ae asserts that the right to revoke payments or requests made before the start of the conveyance is required.

  • If you don't show up at the location for the scheduled activity in the allotted time, your reservation is cancelled. Additionally, we retain full authority to reject any return demands in such circumstances.

  • If the UAE immigration department has rejected your visit application or there has been a delay in processing your permit. In this situation, travelotourism.ae will be unable to issue a refund.

  • For each application, Order Cancelation will impose a processing fee for pre-requests of 50 US dollars/150 AED.

  • Special note for the applicants who wish to apply or have applied for 5 years multiple entry visit application- Order Cancelation will impose a pre-request handling fee of $150 USD.

  • Traveliotourism.ae will not be able to return or refund any payment paid by the applicant for the application if your application is rejected by the UAE issuing authority because of the reason that you have already applied through the government system through another service provider/travel agency (s).

  • If an applicant wants to reapply for the permit after their initial application is rejected, they must follow the rules. He or she can proceed with a new application process through traveliotourism.ae. We do not, however, guarantee that your visit application will be approved.

  • Traveliotourism.ae is unable to offer a discount once your application has been approved by the authority responsible for issuing UAE permits, and you must agree to the written policy.

  • We are unable to share the e-permit copy without airline tickets and hotel reservations.

  • If you couldn't provide air tickets and hotel reservation in any circumstances then 5000 AED security deposit is compulsory and it will be refundable after exit the UAE. International transfer charges would be applicable.

  • Issues like these include delaying the UAE permit processing, refusing to provide the permit, issuing the wrong permit, refusing to accept the visit application, and more. If the company has accidentally or intentionally caused any of the aforementioned, then the company's risk is strictly limited to the cost of replacing a permit or discounting all fees paid; the company cannot, for example, recognize any duty in respect or significant misfortune, including but not limited to: loss of benefits/payment, loss of airfares.

  • After processing, there will be cancellation fees of USD 70 if the applicant wants to withdraw or cancel their application from the immigration system. If they want to cancel an approved permit, additional cancellation fees of USD 100 will apply. There will be no reimbursement in either scenario.

  • Additional service Insurance is on the third party service. In case of refund, there would be a partial deduction of 25% as pre-processing and payment gateway charges. Once the insurance has been granted then there will be no refunds on cancellation.

  • We offer a third-party service for international travel insurance. You must speak directly with the insurance service provider to submit an insurance claim in the event of any mishap or tragedy. Traveliotourism.ae will not be liable for any losses of any sort, nor will we be able to assist you in filing an insurance claim.

  • If there is any further documentation has been requested by the UAE immigration department for a particular visit application applied. It will be the applicant's responsibility to provide the document request. Failing to provide the document may lead to Entry permit rejection. In such circumstances, traveliotourism.ae will not be liable for any damages and will not be in a position to reimburse any fees paid for that specific visit application.

Timelines

  • After receiving an email from Traveliotourism.ae confirming your request, you have a statutory period of 7 working days to withdraw your request. However, the transmission of a request will begin right away with your full approval. We won't be able to cancel your application or issue a refund once it has been sent to the final stage of processing.

  • According to your booking category, Traveliotourism.ae estimates that it will take somewhere between 24 and 72 working hours to process your United Arab Emirate permit. We'll do our best to deliver you your travel documents on time. When you apply for your entry permit relatively early in advance of your trip, our application processing team may temporarily hold the application before sending it off for final processing so that you can receive the maximum number of days of validity on your e-permit.

  • United Arab Emirate immigration usually takes 24 to 72 hours, and we usually receive the entry permit approval within the expected time frame.

  • The possibility of a entry permit being delayed due to additional reports needed by immigration after the application is prepared exists.

Payment Confirmation

  • Within 24 hours of receiving the payment, the confirmation notice will be delivered via email to the client.

  • In the event that the client unintentionally makes an excess or double payment. He or she must alert travelotourism.ae about the situation. We won't be able to issue a refund for any additional money without acknowledgement.

Meet and Greet Service

  • The service will begin at the specified location, which will be disclosed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. At the designated airport area, the Greeter (Agent) will be waiting for the traveller with a name sign that will have the name of the traveller written on it. If there is a group of passengers, the name of the lead passenger will be written on the name sign. It is the responsibility the passenger to approach the greeter and avail the service. The passenger will be regarded as a "No Show" if they are unable to approach the greeter. Additionally, in the event of "No Show," we are unable to issue a refund.

  • If the flight is changed to a different flight number or a different carrier, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify traveliotourism.ae. Anyhow, traveliotourism.ae shall not be liable if the consumer or booker is unable to share such information. If the passenger is unable to approach the greeter, they will be regarded as a "No Show." Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of "No Show."

  • There is a chance to cancel the booking if the service cancellation request is made before the service has been reserved and confirmed by traveliotourism.ae and the trip date is more than three days away. 25% of the service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within three to four working days.

  • No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Changes to the service can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, however there may be additional fees. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a "No Show" and no amendments will be permitted.

  • Service denied for any reason, including no-shows, will be completely charged; no refunds will be issued.

  • Natural disasters will be subject to the same cancellation and refund policies as other situations.

  • Meet & Greet service must be reserved with Traveliotourism.ae a minimum of 24 hours before travel.

  • Once the service has been confirmed, the booking person or passenger is responsible for notifying our team of any modifications to the reservation by email at contact@traveliotourism.ae

Transfer Service

  • On our website, traveliotourism.ae, users can submit requests to find a carrier to get private passenger transportation services (hereinafter referred to as "Requests"), in which they specifies both necessary and optional terms and conditions for the provision of such services, such as the start date and time, the route or length of time for vehicle rental, the vehicle class, the number of passengers, availability, and the amount of luggage. The company Travelio Tourism And Travel will not be responsible for providing the service in the event that the user provides any incorrect information when booking the service, such as extra luggage or an increased number of passengers, and will have the right to cancel the booking without providing a refund.

  • The transfer service will begin at the specified location, which will be disclosed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. At the exit or near the exit of the airport (designated airport area), driver will be waiting for the traveller with a name sign that will have the name of the traveller written on it. If there is a group of passengers, the name of the lead passenger will be written on the name sign. It is the responsibility the passenger to approach the driver and avail the service. The passenger will be regarded as a "No Show" if they are unable to approach the driver. Additionally, in the event of "No Show," we are unable to issue a refund.

  • The vehicle's availability is the sole determinant of the transfer service. If the car is not available, you might have to adjust the type of vehicle or the day of your trip (if possible). You have the option to cancel the booking if we are unable to confirm the service. The money you paid for the reservation can be kept with us and used later for the same or a different service. You may also request a refund, however in that case, 10% in payment gateway fees will be deducted from the total, which will then be returned to you.

  • The price for a specific vehicle to a particular location has been listed on our website using standard pricing. The prices for the service could change occasionally owing to high demand or the tourist season. Our team will advise you of the circumstance in such occasions, and you might need to pay an additional fee to reserve the service with us. Booking the service with the amount you have paid will be our top priority.

  • After the confirmation of the service, If the travel date or time or both has been changed, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify traveliotourism.ae. Anyhow, traveliotourism.ae shall not be liable if the consumer or booker is unable to share such information. If the passenger is unable to approach the driver, they will be regarded as a "No Show." Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of "No Show."

  • There is a chance to cancel the booking if the service cancellation request is made before the service has been reserved and confirmed by traveliotourism.ae and the trip date is more than three days away. 25% of the service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within three to four working days.

  • No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Changes to the service can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, however there may be additional fees. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a "No Show" and no amendments will be permitted.

  • Service denied for any reason, including no-shows, will be completely charged; no refunds will be issued.

  • In the event that goods or luggage within the car are lost. The client and the driver of the car should communicate with each other to retrieve the good’s/luggage. Traveliotourism.ae disclaims all liability for losses.

  • The consumer or booker should get in touch with our team if they need to make any changes or additional requests to their reservation.

Tour Packages

  • The service will begin at the specified location, which will be disclosed as soon as the tour package reservation is confirmed. (if airport transfer included) at the designated airport area, our driver (Agent) will be waiting for the tourist with a name sign that will have the name of the traveller written on it. If there is a group of passengers, the name of the lead passenger will be written on the name sign. It is the responsibility traveller to approach the driver and avail the service. The tourist will be regarded as a "No Show" if they are unable to approach the greeter. Additionally, in the event of "No Show," we are unable to issue a refund.

  • The costs of each tour package are listed on our website, traveliotourism.ae, utilising standard pricing. If there is a lot of demand or during the tourism season, the prices may change. When that happens, our staff will let you know. To reserve the package, you might need to make an additional payment or adjust your travel dates. Booking your tour package in the amount you have paid will be our top priority.

  • After the confirmation of the service, if the travel date or time or both has been changed or flight/flight number has been changed, in such cases, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify traveliotourism.ae. Anyhow, traveliotourism.ae shall not be liable if the consumer or booker is unable to share such information. If the passenger is unable to approach the driver, they will be regarded as a "No Show." Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of "No Show."

  • No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Changes to the service can be made up to 72hours before the scheduled service time, however there may be additional fees. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a "No Show" and no amendments will be permitted.

  • Service denied for any reason, including no-shows, will be completely charged; no refunds will be issued.

  • In the event that goods or luggage within the car or at any location has been lost. The client and the driver of the car should communicate with each other to retrieve the good’s/luggage. Traveliotourism.ae disclaims all liability for losses.

Activities

  • Please make sure you have read the important information and booking & cancellation policy that are stated on the activity description page on our website, traveliotourism.ae, before you plan to schedule any activity.

  • Some activities include cancellation fees that are not refundable. We won't be able to cancel or change the dates for those activities.

  • Our organisation, Travelio Tourism & Travel, shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the activity.

  • For refundable activity bookings, there is a chance to cancel the activity booking and the service cancellation request is made before the slot has been reserved and confirmed by traveliotourism.ae and the trip date is more than three days away. The service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within three to four working days.

  • Our team will share details on the time slot on which your activity has been scheduled once your activity booking has been confirmed. You must ensure that you will arrive at the location during the time slot that has been reserved for you. If there is a delay, it will be regarded as a "No-show," and we won't be liable if you were unable to use the service.

  • We won't be liable in situations like maintenance, non-availability of a performance or event, or activity closure for any reason, and there are no reimbursements for services that haven't been fully used.

  • The transfer service will only be offered if you have made a reservation through our website's transfer service page.
