Overview

• Day 1: Enjoy hassle-free travel with our transfer services. Our welcoming staff will meet you on arrival and get you to your hotel with comfort.

• After your check-in, have some rest and get ready for your first tour in Dubai. Enjoy the Dubai Aquarium and underwater zoo located in Dubai mall, which is home to thousands of aquatic animals, representing hundreds of marine species within our massive 10 million liter aquarium. The Underwater Zoo takes visitors through different aquatic environments, including rainforests, touch ponds, and UAE's nocturnal creatures. Later reach the hotel for the overnight stay.

• Day 2: The second day will start with Dubai Frame. The Dubai Frame is the world’s largest picture frame structure, which will show you both sides of Dubai, the old and new Dubai, by walking on the glass at 150 Meter height witness the skyline of Dubai and the old creek side as well.

• In the second part of the day go for the safari on a 4x4 wheel. The Desert Safari is the main attraction of Dubai. It includes dune bashing in the desert and BBQ dinner, belly dance, fire show, and tanoura show. A 6 Hours tour in the desert is dipped in the rich sauce of thrill and excitement. Later get back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3:On the last day before the departure, visit the astonishing miracle garden which is marvelous in Dubai, attracting love once from all parts of the world. It holds various world records. After the miracle garden, do the checkout and get transferred to the airport for the departure.

Terms & Conditions

• The service will begin at the specified location, which will be disclosed as soon as the tour package reservation is confirmed. (if airport transfer included) at the designated airport area, our driver (Agent) will be waiting for the tourist with a name sign that will have the name of the traveler written on it. If there is a group of passengers, the name of the lead passenger will be written on the name sign. It is the responsibility traveler to approach the driver and avail the service. The tourist will be regarded as a "No Show" if they are unable to approach the driver. In such case, the passenger/group of passenger has to reach the hotel on their own.

• Tour package can be booked for at least 2 passengers. Cannot be booked for one passenger.

• Prices are dynamic and may be based on offers running at the time of booking Travelio Tourism And Travel reserves the right to change prices at any time.

• Children less than or equal to 2 years old will be considered as infant and will be free of cost.

• Children aged more than 2 years and upto 12 years old will be considered as child and charged child rate.

• Children above age 12 years old will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.

• A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures.

• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all the mentioned services will remain unchanged.

• Cost of flight ticket and Tourist visa is not included in the package cost.

• Porter fee at hotels, airports and seaports is not included in the package and has to be borne by the customer.

• Cost of expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.

• After the confirmation of the service, if the travel date or time or both has been changed or flight/flight number has been changed, in such cases, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify traveliotourism.ae. Anyhow, traveliotourism.ae shall not be liable if the consumer or booker is unable to share such information. If the passenger is unable to approach the driver, they will be regarded as a "No Show." Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of "No Show.

• Any other items not mentioned under inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking.

• The consumer or booker should get in touch with our team if they need to make any changes or additional requests to their reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• There is a chance to cancel the tour package booking if the service cancellation request is made before the service has been reserved and confirmed by traveliotourism.ae and the trip date is more than three days away. 25% of the service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within 7 to 15 working days.

• No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time.

• Changes to the service can be made up to 72hours before the scheduled service time, however there may be additional fees. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a "No Show" and no amendments will be permitted.

• Service denied for any reason, including no-shows, will be completely charged; no refunds will be issued.

• There will be no refunds for any partially used service or activity.

• In the event that goods or luggage within the car or at any location has been lost. The client and the driver of the car should communicate with each other to retrieve the good’s/luggage. Traveliotourism.ae disclaims all liability for losses.
