Overview

• Day 1: Enjoy hassle-free travel with our welcoming staff at the airport on arrival and reach your hotel with quite an ease and comfort. After your check-in, you will enjoy a visit to Dubai Frame at your convenience. Enjoy the views of both sides of Dubai city at the top of the unique Dubai frame building at the height of 150 meters. After the tour enjoys an overnight at the hotel.

• Day 2: Enjoy your second day in Dubai with breakfast at the hotel and start your day by visiting the most beautiful structure on planet earth, the Dubai Museum of the Future, which is an exhibition space for innovative and futuristic ideologies, services, and products. Located in the Financial District of Dubai, UAE, the Museum of the Future has three main elements: green hill, building, and extraordinary collection.

• After the Future museum of Dubai get ready for another tour of the marvelous Burj Khalifa, which is an extremely tall skyscraper in Dubai. More than just the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa is an unprecedented example of international cooperation, a symbolic beacon of progress, and an emblem of the new, dynamic and prosperous Middle East. Later in the evening get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 3: On the last day before departure, Visit the Miracle Garden, the Guinness world record holder, a famous floral wonderland of 50 million flowers, Also known as an attraction of love birds. After visiting the world's largest natural flower garden, you will be transferred to the airport for the departure.

Terms & Conditions

• The service will begin at the specified location, which will be disclosed as soon as the tour package reservation is confirmed. (if airport transfer included) at the designated airport area, our driver (Agent) will be waiting for the tourist with a name sign that will have the name of the traveler written on it. If there is a group of passengers, the name of the lead passenger will be written on the name sign. It is the responsibility traveler to approach the driver and avail the service. The tourist will be regarded as a "No Show" if they are unable to approach the driver. In such case, the passenger/group of passenger has to reach the hotel on their own.

• Tour package can be booked for at least 2 passengers. Cannot be booked for one passenger.

• Prices are dynamic and may be based on offers running at the time of booking Travelio Tourism And Travel reserves the right to change prices at any time.

• Children less than or equal to 2 years old will be considered as infant and will be free of cost.

• Children aged more than 2 years and upto 12 years old will be considered as child and charged child rate.

• Children above age 12 years old will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.

• A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures.

• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all the mentioned services will remain unchanged.

• Cost of flight ticket and Tourist visa is not included in the package cost.

• Porter fee at hotels, airports and seaports is not included in the package and has to be borne by the customer.

• Cost of expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.

• After the confirmation of the service, if the travel date or time or both has been changed or flight/flight number has been changed, in such cases, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify traveliotourism.ae. Anyhow, traveliotourism.ae shall not be liable if the consumer or booker is unable to share such information. If the passenger is unable to approach the driver, they will be regarded as a "No Show." Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of "No Show.

• Any other items not mentioned under inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking.

• The consumer or booker should get in touch with our team if they need to make any changes or additional requests to their reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• There is a chance to cancel the tour package booking if the service cancellation request is made before the service has been reserved and confirmed by traveliotourism.ae and the trip date is more than three days away. 25% of the service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within 7 to 15 working days.

• No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time.

• Changes to the service can be made up to 72hours before the scheduled service time, however there may be additional fees. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a "No Show" and no amendments will be permitted.

• Service denied for any reason, including no-shows, will be completely charged; no refunds will be issued.

• There will be no refunds for any partially used service or activity.

• In the event that goods or luggage within the car or at any location has been lost. The client and the driver of the car should communicate with each other to retrieve the good’s/luggage. Traveliotourism.ae disclaims all liability for losses.
